With a combination of Running, Calisthenics, Core Training, and some old fashion Sweat, you will have no more excuses. BOOT CAMP will run for 8 weeks, 3 day's a week. There is no better way to start your day. Training will be conducted both indoors and out at CHAMPS Gym & Fitness,
