SPEED AND AGILITY CLASSES
The Speed and Agility classes are designed for athletes who want to increase their acceleration, quickness, agility, and overall athletic ability. By utilizing the most up to date technology and training techniques, our focus will be on analyzing your reaction time, deceleration, vertical jump, and direction change ability to better enhance your athletic performance.
T/P/A - TOTAL PERFORMANCE ATHLETE (ages 7 & older)
Total Performance is for athletes ages 7 and older. Our focus will be on all aspects of Speed & Agility Training with the exception of Resistance Training. The athletes testing results will be recorded and compared to give our trainers the most accurate means to measure and correct speed and agility tecnique.
A/A/A - ALL AMERICAN ATHLETE (ages 13 and older)
All American Training is for Athletes 13 and older. Our focus will be on all aspects of Speed & Agility Training. Resistance Training will be added to the formula to build Power and Strength for those Athletes involved in more demanding Sports at higher levels (Football, Soccer, Basketball, etc.) All Athletes will undergo video analysis of their vertical jump, 40 yd. times, and shuttle runs. This video is used to critique the athletes movement skill and allows our trainers the most accurate means to measure and correct speed and agility technique.

General Fitness Camp / Coming this winter
The general fitness camp is designed for athletes who want to maintain good fitness standards. By utilizing the most up to date training techniques, our focus will be on increasing their speed, agility, and quickness. This camp is great for children who are just starting their Athletic exerience.
PRICE FOR 3 DAY CAMP - $60
Speed & Agility Camp / Coming this winter
The speed and agility camp is designed for athletes who want to increase their acceleration, quickness, agility, and overall athletic ability. By utilizing the most up to date technology, and training techniques, our focus will be on analyzing your reaction time, decellaration, vertical jump, and direction change ability, to better inhance your athletic performance. Athletes will undergo a video analysis of their jumping, landing, cutting and acceleration technique. This video is used to critique the athlete's movement skill and allows our trainers the most accurate means to measure and correct speed and agility technique.
PRICE FOR 4 DAY CAMP - $89
ADULT BOOT CAMP
With a combination of Running, Calisthenics, Core Training, and some old fashion Sweat, you will have no more excuses. BOOT CAMP will run for 8 weeks, 3 day's a week. There is no better way to start your day. Training will be conducted both indoors and out. Camp will be held on Mon / Wed / Fri. from 8:00 am - 9:00 am. All are welcome to join at any time.

SPEED QUICKNESS AGILITY
GENERAL FITNESS CLASSES The general fitness classes are designed for young athletes who want to maintain good fitness standards. By utilizing the most up to date training techniques, our focus will be on increasing their speed, agility, and quickness. We will track their progression as they develop into the advanced levels of training. The young athletes will be educated in the basics of numerous sports and activities (Flag football, basketball, soccer, and Track events). The general fitness program will be fun for athletes of all ages. All Classes will be held - Mon/Tues/Wed - AM & PM - Sat 8-10 AM
