A fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, improvement cannot be accurately measured. At Joseph's we incorporate many different methods to achieve accurate results.

Tracking Results
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals. Athletes will undergo analysis of their jumping, landing, cutting and acceleration technique. The results are used to critique the athlete's movement skill and allows our trainers the most accurate means to measure and correct speed and agility technique.
Personalized Training
We train our athletes as individuals. No two athletes are the same, therefore why train them the same. In order to assure each individual reaches his or her optimal level of performance we must keep groups to a maximum of 15 athletes. The more time our coaches can spend with each individual helps maintain a high standard of training which results in higher levels of performance for the athlete.
