In todays competitive race to be the best at your sport, Speed and Agility training is a must. An effective training program can help guide you, motivate you, and educate you in the proper techniques to perform at optimal levels.
Fitness Assessment
A fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, improvement cannot be accurately measured. At Joseph's we incorporate many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures:
Tracking Results / VIDEO Recording
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals. Athletes will undergo a video analysis of their jumping, landing, cutting and acceleration technique. This video is used to critique the athlete's movement skill and allows our trainers the most accurate means to measure and correct speed and agility technique.
Personalized Training
We train our athletes as individuals. No two athletes are the same, therefore why train them the same. In order to assure each individual reaches his or her optimal level of performance we must keep classes to a maximum of 6 athletes. The more time our coaches can spend with each individual helps maintain a high standard of training which results in higher levels of performance for the athlete.
Classes
We offer classes for the beginner athlete and for the advanced athletes preparing for the next level in their sport. The General fitness classes are for ages 7-13. The Advanced classes are for High / Middle School athletes. We also offer Specialized training for Athletes preparing for College level sports.
Camps
We are currently offering camps for Flag Football, General Fitness, and Speed and Agility. The Camps run for 3 and 4 days and our goal is to introduce the athletes to specialized training that they can take home with them to help improve their training skills.
Adult Training
